The micro brushless DC EV circulating coolant pump (commonly known as an electronic water pump) is the core actuator in the thermal management system of new energy vehicles. It replaces the traditional mechanical water pump driven by the engine belt in conventional vehicles, utilizing an independent Brushless DC (BLDC) motor. Integrating a control module (MCU) and sensors internally, it receives commands from the vehicle control unit and achieves stepless speed regulation via PWM signals. This precisely controls the flow rate of the coolant, providing efficient heat dissipation and active temperature control for critical components such as the power battery, drive motor, and electronic control system.
